Role Overview:
This position is hybrid, requiring an average of 2-3 days per week in an HPE office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee the comprehensive strategy and operational roadmap for multiple product portfolios.
  • Assist portfolio teams in articulating value propositions, identifying customer segments, and developing business cases to introduce innovative products to the market.
  • Lead the synthesis of market requirements into actionable marketing and customer insights, leveraging deep customer understanding and industry knowledge.
  • Align product lifecycle management with business segment objectives throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and assess key operational metrics, including revenue, market share, and delivery performance.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience is essential, along with a proven track record in defining and executing business strategies that enhance operational performance and profitability.
