Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to meet annual revenue and profit goals.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve measurable results.
  • Build and maintain a social media analytics dashboard for real-time performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and field operations teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader business objectives.
  • Provide monthly reports with performance insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Proactively identify new platforms and trends to boost social media revenue.
  • Lead and develop a data-driven social media team to drive results.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and use data to identify skill gaps and provide coaching.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing paid social media campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Experience working closely with teams like IT, finance, sales, and customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and handle crisis communication on social media.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the home services or adjacent industry.
  • Certifications in social media or digital marketing.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and marketing automation tools.

Physical Qualifications:

  • Position is onsite in Memphis, TN.
  • Monthly and quarterly out of town travel to meet with marketing leadership, partners, and field team(s).
  • Able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
