Job Overview

Soccer Shots - Memphis is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across all social media platforms and other channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, video) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.).
  • Design and produce high-quality, on-brand digital content (graphics, photos, videos) for social media, email campaigns, website, and other marketing materials.
  • Take photos and videos at our partner locations all over the Greater Memphis Area.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and program enrollment.
  • Manage and segment customer databases for targeted communication.
  • Develop partnerships with local community organizations, schools, and influencers to increase Soccer Shots visibility.
  • Coordinate and participate in community events to promote the Soccer Shots program.
  • Identify and engage with potential brand ambassadors or influencers.
  • Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest actionable insights for improvement.
