Qualifications

  • Experience in enhancing the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of client communications and outreach.
  • Strong listening skills to understand client challenges and proactively provide solutions.
  • Exceptional formal writing capabilities, including technical writing, editing, and creating staff features and briefings.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint for maintaining a library of reusable communication products.

Compensation
