In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, and overhauling various automotive vehicles. We are open to technicians of all experience levels and offer compensation based on your anticipated flat-rate production. • Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles efficiently
• Conduct routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance tasks
• Provide accurate labor and time estimates for repairs
• Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments
• Perform comprehensive multi-point inspections to identify additional maintenance opportunities
• Complete repairs and maintenance promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and quick diagnostic skills
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities with a desire for continuous improvement
• Willingness to learn new technologies, repair methods, and specifications
• Proficient in using electronic diagnostic tools
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• ASE Certification or Technical Degree is preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in a service department
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
