JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing & Creative Strategy Manager is accountable for implementing impactful marketing and branding initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and fostering company expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee marketing initiatives and projects from start to finish, which includes production, post-campaign evaluations, reporting, brand assessments, and market analysis.
Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to create innovative campaigns that span various media channels, including digital, social, print, and broadcast.
Develop and manage programs that positively influence customer and consumer perceptions of Spectrum's brands. This role is primarily on-site.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Actively support efforts to streamline and enhance the customer experience.
Plan, execute, and refine multi-channel advertising initiatives to meet marketing goals.
Work with cross-functional teams and external partners, including creative agencies and media planners, to ensure the success of advertising campaigns.
Assist the internal Creative Studio by managing project timelines and coordinating with stakeholders.
Create comprehensive marketing briefs that define campaign objectives, target demographics, key messages, and creative needs. Collaborate with agency partners to ensure marketing materials align with strategic objectives.
Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth. Transform competitive insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Monitor and assess campaign performance to generate insights that inform strategic adjustments.
Manage relationships with external creative partners to enhance execution and efficiency while elevating creative output.
Collaborate with internal teams to emphasize product features, benefits, and competitive advantages, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and feedback constructively.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions autonomously.
- Experience in telecommunications, B2B marketing, or related fields.
- Management experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of cable television, high-speed internet, and phone services.
Working Conditions
