M Force Recruiting Partners is seeking an experienced Accounting Business Partner to join our team. This role requires a strong accounting background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
About the Role
The Accounting Business Partner will be responsible for leading the finance function, providing strategic guidance, and driving business results. This individual will work closely with the VP Finance to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis
* Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
* Lead the monthly closing process and ensure accurate financial data
* Supervise and train accounting staff to ensure high-quality work
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
* 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance at an industrial manufacturing company
* CPA certification preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Advanced Excel)
* Experience with MAPICS and SAP systems
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
