Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director to join our team at Hillside Rehab and Healthcare Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth for our skilled nursing facility by maintaining and exceeding budgeted census and case mix.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive revenue growth, including external marketing efforts, face-to-face sales, business development, and referral generation.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Function as a member of the leadership team to support and promote the vision, mission, and culture of the organization. Supervise, motivate, and coach team members to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Marketing and Sales: Personally accountable for face-to-face marketing and sales of facility services, achieving quotas and ratios, and maintaining and building professional relationships.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Maintain compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Marketing Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement strategic monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans in cooperation with the Executive Regional Business Development Director.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Participate in weekly marketing meetings with the facility Administrator and Interdisciplinary Team to discuss bed offers, prospecting for referrals, daily and weekly marketing agendas, event planning, performance expectations, sales strategies, marketing planning, and success celebrations.
Requirements
  • Nursing Home Marketing Experience: 1 year minimum, 3 years preferred
  • Recent SNF Experience: 1 year (Required)
  • Skills and Qualifications: Ability to follow written and oral instructions, excellent written/verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to explain current monthly service fee structure, basic mathematical skills, ability to work with the elderly in a courteous and friendly manner, demonstrating patience and compassion, flexibility, and adaptability.
