Position Overview

What is the Role?


The individual in this role will be tasked with effectively overseeing the accounts within their designated area by fostering a robust customer relationship grounded in trust and responsiveness.

In delivering an exceptional level of customer service and support, you will efficiently process customer orders to ensure that all customer needs are met.

Moreover, you will address customer complaints and issues, empowered to resolve service discrepancies promptly and professionally.


Maintain ongoing communication with customers, sales teams, the Credit department, Logistics, and suppliers regarding updates on scheduled shipments, product availability, and credit conditions.


Prepare various documentation and reports for your assigned area, including open orders, allocation summaries, and other essential paperwork to facilitate smooth business operations.


Assist customers with empathy regarding inquiries and concerns related to product quality, shortages, damages, billing discrepancies, and delivery delays.


Keep customer accounts updated with current information and maintain multiple shared documents for the Customer Service team and Architectural Business Unit.

Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate high personal integrity and actively work to build customer relationships, exhibit entrepreneurial spirit, innovate, remain adaptable, and contribute positively to our collaborative culture.

A high school diploma is required, along with experience in sales, call center operations, product support, account management, or a similar field.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.

Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities are essential.

Demonstrated adaptability and robust problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP are necessary.
