Job Description

A leading global consumer-brands company is seeking a highly skilled Market Manager to drive business growth in the Tampa area. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting market research, developing strategic plans, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Work with the marketing team to implement strategic plans and achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Develop critical success factors for new customer acquisition and negotiate business deals to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Develop a network in the community to enhance product visibility and build a strong referral source for new business opportunities.
  • Actively pursue business through outside sales calls and networking activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities to improve the company's profitability.
  • Manage client relationships to maximize retention and grow the business according to the company's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of management or related experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management tools.
Preferred Experience:

Experience working in the spirits industry is highly desirable.
