Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Duly Health and Care. As a key member of our ambulatory care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop care plans to address patient needs
- Order diagnostic tests and procedures, including laboratory, x-ray, and other non-invasive modalities
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education on proper healthcare, illness prevention, and home care
- Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner in an applicable specialty
- Current state licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse and RN
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with experience in the specialty for which you are applying
