The Advanced Practice Provider will be responsible for the assessment, medical case management, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and referral of clinic patients. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in a relevant field and be licensed in California. The Advanced Practice Provider will work under established protocols and be responsible for providing patient care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective.
