Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will be responsible for managing and defining aspects of client's fleet operations, overseeing policy compliance and P&L reporting, and developing and implementing vehicle and equipment specifications and cost management programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enforce fleet policy to ensure efficient and effective use of company and customer-owned equipment.
  • Initiate, monitor, and recommend adjustments to client's fleet policy to reduce liability and exposure, following industry best practices.
  • Supervise personnel, including selecting and hiring employees, scheduling work assignments, conducting safety meetings, providing training, coaching, counseling, and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, communicate service standards to department personnel, resolve customer complaints, and visit customers to establish and maintain excellent relations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years in fleet management industry.
  • Minimum of 4 years managing P&L.
  • Strong capabilities to effectively consult, influence, negotiate, and lead change.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential.
  • Demonstrated success in juggling competing priorities and tasks.
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools, Excel, and data mining skills.
What We Offer
  • Exempt salary range: $89K-$120K depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus pay plan.
