Job Overview:

The Non-Commercial Technician plays a vital role within the Records and Driver Control Services Bureau (RDC). The selected individual will be responsible for acquiring knowledge of business standards and procedures to facilitate daily operations, enabling the organization to allocate resources effectively in support of specific project requirements related to non-commercial licensing and processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • One year of experience in customer service
  • One year of experience with computer and software systems, including various word processing, database, and business software applications, as well as reviewing, verifying, and processing documents
  • Other combinations of education and experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
