- Client Engagement: Conduct interviews with business clients to assess their requirements and gather all necessary financial documentation for informed credit evaluations.
- Exceptional Service: Ensure outstanding service by managing client expectations through effective communication and timely loan processing.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrate a robust understanding of financial analysis, cash flow assessments, and collateral appraisals.
- Loan Structuring: Structure, negotiate terms, underwrite, and finalize loan agreements.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of business clients, monitoring credit quality by analyzing updated financial data and ensuring loan files are comprehensive.
- Collections Management: Handle collections and workouts for distressed loans as required.
- Policy Adherence: Maintain familiarity with credit and internal policies.
- Community Involvement: Participate in local boards and volunteer for various community initiatives.
- 1-3 years of experience in business lending, including experience as a credit analyst.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
