Sales Associate Job Description at Sears Holdings Corp.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sears Holdings Corp. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience by providing excellent service, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and service customers within one or more departments, providing expert advice and guidance on products and services.

Requirements:

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
