Job Summary

Banks Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our online sales team. As a BDC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving traffic to our dealership by fielding incoming internet leads, calls, emails, and text messages. You will communicate efficiently and effectively with our customers, assisting them with their online shopping needs, and ultimately setting appointments for the showroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field incoming internet leads, calls, emails, and text messages
  • Communicate with customers to assist with their online shopping needs
  • Set appointments for the showroom
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with sales staff and customers
Requirements
  • BDC experience (minimum 1 year preferred) or 1 year of automotive sales experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Team player attitude
  • Possesses strong time-management skills and ability to multitask
