Job Summary

The Center for Health and Wellbeing (CHWB) is seeking a highly organized and adept project manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of its units. As the Chief Operations Officer for Student Health Services, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming, approachable, and accessible organization that supports students in ease of access to health and wellbeing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee CHWB administrative support functions and daily office operations
- Serve as a key point of contact for students, staff, and external partners
- Manage multiple priorities and projects, including sourcing projects from CHWB leadership and delegating tasks to Patient Service Representatives
- Report back to leadership on project completion

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public policy, Higher Education, Health Management, or related health and management fields
- Three to five years' experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or higher education setting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health records or similar systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
