Job Title: Financial Accountant

Job Summary:

Springwell is seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our Finance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of consumer billing to private contracts. Your primary focus will be on tracking insurance claim requirements, submitting claims in a timely and accurate manner, and identifying and correcting denied and rejected claims.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure all claims are billed and reimbursement received in the proper time period
* Identify billing errors and work with the appropriate parties to resolve as needed
* Regularly update consumer records with approval authorizations and work with vendor agencies to resolve vendor billing issues
* Perform high-volume data entry, updating consumer records with approval authorizations
* Provide various administrative support duties such as invoice mailings and running monthly reports as needed

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business
* Minimum of 1-3 years' accounting or billing experience
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative work style
* Working knowledge of Excel
* Reliable transportation required
