Position Summary

As a Sales Consultant at Super Star Car Wash, you will be instrumental in enhancing sales through effective communication of our product advantages. Utilizing a consultative sales strategy, you will assist customers in exploring their options, demonstrating your enthusiasm for aiding individuals in finding the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish Customer Relationships: Inquire effectively to identify unique needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Provide Outstanding Service: Be the approachable representative that customers rely on.
  • Close Sales: Utilize your communication abilities to successfully finalize sales and address customer requirements.
  • Promote Products: Introduce and market our diverse range of products and services to potential customers.

  • Engage Customers: Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to current customers.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of two years in customer service.
    • At least one year of sales experience in a high-energy environment.
  • Adaptability: Flourish in a fast-paced, outdoor setting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work outdoors and adjust to varying weather conditions.

Work Environment

  • Indoor and Outdoor Work: Primarily outdoor responsibilities.
  • Weather Exposure: Experience with heat, cold, rain, and wind.
  • Noise Levels: Moderate to high noise from equipment and vehicles.
  • Team Collaboration: Regular interaction and teamwork with colleagues and customers.
  • Fast-Paced Atmosphere: High activity levels, especially during peak times.
  • Customer Engagement: Frequent interaction with customers.
  • Physical Demands:
    • Extended periods of standing and walking.
    • Manual tasks and equipment operation.
    • Stamina and endurance required throughout the shift.

Compensation Transparency

The compensation for the successful candidate will vary based on geographic location, skills, relevant experience, education, training, and other permissible factors. This position is eligible for weekly commissions and bi-weekly retention bonuses based on individual performance.
