Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Medical Assistant to join our Pediatrics team at Vancouver Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading by example, and contributing to the efficient delivery of clinical services.

Responsibilities
  • Room patients and collect necessary information for examination and treatment
  • Prepare patients for examination and assist with procedures as needed
  • Assist with overall delivery of patient care and contribute to high-quality clinical outcomes
  • Support the Pediatrics team in achieving efficient workflow processes and exemplary patient experiences
  • Assist with training and development of new staff members
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) required; minimum of 2 years preferred
  • Active credential(s) for Medical Assistant-Certified required
  • Ability to successfully become a core-trainer and super user of EMR
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
