We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our Gastroenterology team at Vancouver Clinic. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:- Room patients and collect necessary information
- Prepare patients for examination and assist with procedures
- Support the overall delivery of patient care
- Work a schedule of four, 10-hour shifts, 7:00am to 5:30pm, with Thursday off
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Certification from a national certifying entity (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc.)
- Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Current healthcare provider BLS required
- Competitive pay range starting at $21.18/hour, with opportunities for advancement based on experience
- Total Rewards Program, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k retirement plan
- PTO and Personal Time accruals, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full-time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full-time supervisors and above
