Job Summary:We are looking for a Medical Assistant Certified who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and is committed to excellence in their work. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
Responsibilities:- Assist healthcare providers with patient exams, procedures, and treatments
- Take vital signs, prepare patients for exams, and maintain accurate medical records
- Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Perform routine laboratory tests, such as blood draws and urinalyses
- Assist with patient education and health promotion
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Washington State Medical Assistant certification
- One year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Family Medicine
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Russian
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
