Candidate Profile

We are in search of a full-time motion graphics designer who possesses a strong background in producing videos, animations, and visual effects. Proficiency in the Adobe suite, particularly Adobe After Effects and Premiere, is essential. Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is also required. Additional skills in web design using WordPress and Elementor, game design with Unity3D and Unreal Engine, and eLearning design with Articulate Storyline 360 would be advantageous. This role offers flexibility with options for hybrid remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create engaging video content using Adobe After Effects in a dynamic environment.
  2. Edit videos utilizing Adobe Premiere.
  3. Apply various visual effects, including green screen keying and compositing techniques.
  4. Animate characters using After Effects.
  5. Design graphics with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  6. Develop websites using WordPress and Elementor.
  7. Collaborate effectively with fellow designers and the production team.
  8. Troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise.
  9. Assist in the development of eLearning materials using Articulate Storyline 360.
  10. Provide regular updates on production milestones.
  11. Estimate time requirements for task completion accurately.
  12. Support additional creative projects, including on-site filming and role-playing for training scenarios.

Qualifications

  1. A robust portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  3. A meticulous attention to detail.
  4. A collaborative mindset with the capacity to follow instructions and deliver results punctually.
  5. A degree in Animation, Visual Effects, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  6. A minimum of 4 years of experience in video production with a focus on Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
  7. Graphic design proficiency using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
  8. Experience with Unity3D or Unreal Engine for character animation is a plus.
