About the Role
The company is seeking a Quality Control Specialist, with relevant experience, to join the U.S. operations team. This position will report to the Operations Manager and represents an exceptional opportunity for a result-driven individual to join a high-performing team in a fast growing market. This role is primarily focused on supporting customer delivery, quality assurance, and operational testing of equipment. There is a high degree of autonomy and growth within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer deliveries by providing quality control on all outbound equipment
- Document quality checks to maintain high level of standards and ensure customer specifications are met
- Develop and maintain inspection reports for incoming and outgoing equipment
- Conduct RMAs for basic and intermediate repairs
- Organize quarterly audits on inventory to ensure accurate records of on hand stock
- Maintain compliance to international, federal and state laws as well as ensuring company standards and specifications are met for shipping equipment
- Identify ways to improve existing processes and systems to improve quality and consistency
- Maintain clean and efficient warehouse space for order fulfillment
Qualifications:
- BS degree in relevant technical discipline and 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and practical experience
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment to accomplish customer deliveries and collaborating with a team
- Detailed orientated and ability to meticulously follow step-by-step processes to RMA equipment
- Experience in electronics assembly preferred
- Previous experience working in the Defense industry is highly favorable. Relevant experience working in industries such as medical, aerospace or IT are also favorable
