Candidate Profile

We are in search of a full-time motion graphics designer proficient in producing videos, animations, visual effects, and related media content using the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects and Premiere. The ideal candidate should also possess knowledge of graphic design processes utilizing Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for both digital and print projects. Additional skills in web design with WordPress and Elementor, game design using Unity3D and Unreal Engine, and eLearning design with Articulate Storyline 360 would be advantageous. This role offers flexibility with options for hybrid remote work or full-time remote arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create engaging video content using Adobe After Effects within tight deadlines.
  2. Edit videos utilizing Adobe Premiere.
  3. Apply various visual effects, including green screen keying and compositing techniques.
  4. Animate characters using After Effects.
  5. Design graphics with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  6. Develop websites using WordPress and Elementor.
  7. Collaborate effectively with fellow designers and the production team.
  8. Troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise.
  9. Assist in the development of eLearning materials using Articulate Storyline 360.
  10. Track production progress by providing key milestones.
  11. Estimate task completion times accurately.
  12. Support additional creative department initiatives, including on-site filming and role-playing for scenario training.

Qualifications

  1. A strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  3. A meticulous eye for detail.
  4. A collaborative mindset with the ability to follow instructions and deliver results promptly.
  5. A degree in Animation, Visual Effects, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  6. Minimum of 4 years of experience in video production using the Adobe suite, with a focus on Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
  7. Graphic design proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
  8. Experience with Unity3D or Unreal Engine for character animation is a plus.
