Clinical Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Specialist to join our team at the Center for Education and Professional Excellence. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering behavioral health education and regulatory training to staff and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement professional development opportunities for staff and community partners to increase knowledge, skills, and competency.
  • Use a social justice lens and model on public health and community-based health perspectives to develop curricula for the adult learner.
  • Create and design curriculum consistent with quality and regulatory procedures to meet State, Federal, grant, and funding source mandates.
  • Facilitate live, online, or hybrid courses and training for BHN staff, community stakeholders, and non-profits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field and 5-7 years of behavioral health and community-based knowledge required.
  • Master's Degree, PhD or above in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field (MA, M.Ed., MS, MSW, PhD, PsyD, Public Health) preferred.
  • 5 years of licensure or clinical experience preferred (LMHC, LCSW).
