Clinical Training Specialist

Our client, The MH Group LLC, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Trainer to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and community-based settings, with experience in developing and implementing professional development opportunities for staff and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance knowledge, skills, and competency in behavioral health and community-based settings.
- Design and deliver training sessions for staff, community stakeholders, and non-profits, utilizing a social justice lens and public health model.
- Create and maintain curriculum that adheres to quality and regulatory standards, meeting State, Federal, grant, and funding source mandates.
- Collaborate with the organization's Director to support various institutes in developing and delivering behavioral health education and regulatory training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field, with 5-7 years of experience in behavioral health and community-based settings.
- Master's Degree, PhD, or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field (MA, M.Ed., MS, MSW, PhD, PsyD, Public Health) preferred.
- 3-5 years of licensure or clinical experience preferred (LMHC, LCSW).
Compensation: Starting at $63,000
