Job Overview

Role Summary:

As a Program Therapist specializing in outpatient care, you will manage a caseload of 20 patients enrolled in Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). This role involves conducting group therapy sessions for 20 hours weekly and engaging in individual consultations with clients for various purposes, including treatment planning, aftercare strategies, and crisis management. This is a full-time salaried position, operating Monday through Friday.

Required Qualifications:

Education: A Master's Degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is essential.

Experience: Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in behavioral health, with a background in group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.

Licensure: While clinical licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is not mandatory, a Master's Degree as specified above is required.

Additional Requirements:

Candidates must obtain CPR certification, Handle With Care, and Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment before participating in any restraining procedures. Successful completion of a competency exam for the designated area is also required upon hire. Flexibility in work hours and the possibility of overtime may be necessary.
