Job Overview

We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to become a part of our healthcare team at Portland Urgent Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering care to outpatient clients who have sustained injuries, including those related to workers' compensation and motor vehicle incidents. Our mission is to facilitate a swift and safe return to normal function and daily activities for our patients.

Position Type:
Part-time with potential for full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assessments and create customized treatment plans for patients
  • Administer hands-on therapy and exercises aimed at improving mobility and alleviating discomfort
  • Instruct patients on at-home exercises and self-care strategies
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
  • Focus on specialties such as orthopedics, trigger point therapy, and other relevant areas
Qualifications
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience in treating patients of various age groups and conditions
  • Comprehensive understanding of anatomy, physiology, and applicable therapeutic techniques
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to function effectively within a team

Compensation:
$60.00 per hour
