Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at City National Bank. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive banking services to clients
  • Conduct credit analysis and make recommendations on loan approvals
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance to ensure quality, risk, and adherence to policy
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with a focus on commercial lending
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the assigned business segment
  • Minimum 5 years of credit experience
  • Preferred registration under the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (Safe Act) and Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Bank operations, policies, and procedures, as well as regulatory compliance
  • General knowledge of Bank products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
Compensation

Starting base salary: $92,114 - $156,880 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
