Inventory Management Specialist

About the Role:

The Inventory Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records throughout the facility. This position is responsible for overseeing the inventory count, coordinating activities related to stocking and replenishing products, and creating all necessary tags and paperwork.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the production process.
  • Labeling and tagging inventory according to state regulations.
  • Creating individual box tags with attention to various specifications based on the item.
  • Processing and monitoring wholesale products and transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Performing cycle counts daily or weekly as needed.
  • Following written audit programs and physical inventory to ensure the integrity of company records.
  • Logging receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • 1+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • 1+ years of experience in METRC (a plus).
  • Able to master new software applications quickly.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent math and accounting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in auditing processes within a manufacturing environment.
