Job Summary

Achieve company inventory management goals by executing a replenishment strategy that supports supply chain efficiencies. Collaborate with local, market, and corporate merchandising teams, suppliers, and other functional areas to maintain inventory levels while maximizing customer service levels.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory DSO, aged inventory, obsolete inventory, spoilage, and shrink to achieve company goals. Demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Manhatten inventory planning tool Demand Planning Replenishment (DPR) to drive team performance. Work with the logistics team to maximize supply chain efficiencies and collaborate with Inbound Planning to develop programs to maximize efficiencies of receiving and warehousing.

Qualifications

High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in inventory management or purchasing. May substitute an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient Excel skills and strong communication skills with stakeholders. Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to change based on company priorities. Excellent tactical replenishment execution skills and solid organizational and planning skills. Negotiate with suppliers to execute the inventory depletion process and knowledgeable of product forecasting.
