Chemical and Fertilizer Sales Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Agronomist to join our team at GPAC and contribute to our company's growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell various chemical, fertilizer, and seed products to farmers and agricultural businesses within your assigned area, emphasizing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze soil and tissue samples to identify potential issues and develop targeted solutions to enhance crop yields, providing growers with expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, using active listening and problem-solving skills to address their needs and concerns, particularly when communicating through email or in-person interactions.
Essential Requirements:
  • A results-driven and ambitious individual with a deep passion for agronomy and a strong sales background, preferably holding a degree in Agronomy or Agriculture.
  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in the agronomy field, demonstrating a thorough understanding of industry trends and challenges.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • An estimated annual salary of $78,000, aligned with national averages for Sales Agronomists in the United States.
