Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay for this role is $17.50 per hour, which may vary based on location, expertise, and experience. Our associates and their families can access a range of benefits, including limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Eligible employees can also enroll in our 401(k) plan and accrue paid time off, amounting to up to 152 hours annually (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Additionally, associates can earn up to 64 hours of paid sick time each year, subject to legal requirements.

Your Responsibilities

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, with adherence to attendance policies.
  • Physical capability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, and safely navigate ladders.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
