Compensation

The salary range for this role is $57,000 - $60,000.

Position Overview
The Customer Support Operations Supervisor is tasked with leading and managing a group of customer support representatives to guarantee outstanding service and streamlined operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer daily direction to the team for effective management of customer engagements
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide consistent feedback to team members
  • Resolve employee relations matters and conduct performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with management to ensure customer support operations adhere to quality benchmarks
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and scheduling of staff
Qualifications:
  • At least two years of leadership experience in customer service
  • Five or more years in a customer support environment
  • Experience with various communication channels preferred
  • Capability to foster a positive team atmosphere
  • Familiarity with applicable software tools
