We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Revenue Optimization to join our team at Highgate Hotels L.P. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Strategy Development: Formulate and execute revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue, including pricing, inventory management, and yield optimization.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitor rates, positioning, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts and budgets, and provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of revenue management professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including hotel management, sales teams, and ownership groups, to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in revenue management or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, business, or finance.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving revenue management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
