About the Role

The Administrative Director of Nursing will oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staff management, patient care, and quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Manage the nursing department, including staff supervision, patient care, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of healthcare management experience
  • A valid RN license in good standing in the state of employment or a compact state, if applicable
