Studio Operations Manager

Glowbar Inc. is a rapidly growing skincare company with a people-centric mentality. Our mission is to help individuals feel confident in their skin by providing a unique, custom facial experience. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive studio performance by meeting and exceeding revenue, margin, and membership goals
- Optimize schedules to ensure utilization goals are achieved while managing labor costs
- Oversee studio finances, including retail and treatment revenue, payroll, COGS, and overhead costs
- Analyze business trends and develop strategies to drive growth
- Model a friendly and compassionate environment, ensuring exceptional client experiences
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes, as well as employee development and retention
- Execute on weekly focus plans to achieve retail sales and membership conversion goals
- 2+ years of hospitality people management experience in a service-based industry
- Proven track record of success in driving studio level margins and disciplined expense management
- Impressive management style with a focus on inspiring teams to achieve goals
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, providing exceptional hospitality
- Strong understanding of retail operations, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
