Studio Experience Coordinator

Glowbar Inc. is seeking a skilled Studio Guide to join our team. As a Studio Guide, you will be responsible for creating a safe and welcoming environment for our clients, guiding them through our modern experience, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for clients by creating a safe space for them to navigate through our studio, guiding them through check-in and retail check-out, and providing a friendly and compassionate environment.
- Provide clients with product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions, and assist them in booking and rebooking appointments.
- Care for our team by providing feedback to management on progress and challenges, collaborating with estheticians on opportunities to improve the experience, and assisting with daily studio tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of hospitality experience with a proven track record of superior customer service.
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, holidays, and some early morning/midday/late evening weekday availability.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, learning, and trying new things every day.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of $16-17 per hour.
