Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and supporting our clients in reaching their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and teaching strategies as developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
  • Collect and record data on client progress, behaviors, and interventions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Assist in the development and modification of behavior plans based on client progress and feedback.
  • Maintain professional and ethical conduct in all interactions and adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with current certification in California.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.
