ABA Therapist

As a Behavior Technician at Behavior Treatment & Analysis, you will play a vital role in providing ABA-based therapy to individuals with neurodivergent conditions and behavior disorders. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver ABA treatment programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a 1:1 setting in the client's home. You will work closely with clients and their families to implement their treatment plan, ensuring that each individual receives the unique and individualized care they need to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
• Delivering ABA treatment programs developed by a BCBA
• Providing direct client care in a 1:1 setting in the client's home
• Working with clients & families to implement client treatment plan
• Attending staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested
• Completing daily data collection in a detailed and timely manner
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Must be available Mon-Friday 3-8pm
• Commit to a consistent schedule with clients
• English fluency required
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• An upbeat and creative attitude to efficiently engage with clients through play-based therapy
• Patience and passion to serve clients of varying ability
• Ability to complete job's physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children
