Job Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one behavioral support to students in a 3rd-grade classroom
- Implement behavior intervention plans to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Document student progress and provide regular updates to parents and school staff
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician
- RBT certification
- Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., special education, psychology, or a related field)
