Job Description

Job Summary
The BCBA position at Burnett Therapeutic Services is a clinical leadership role that requires a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement ABA programs for individuals with ASD, including developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and analyzing data.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to each client's specific needs.
• Directly deliver individual and group learning experiences to assist each client in obtaining their treatment goals and objectives.
• Supervise mid-level supervisors/BCaBA and direct care staff (Behavior Interventionists) to provide guidance and review progress on goals, determine the effectiveness of intervention strategies, and consult about the overall implementation of the treatment plan.
• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments utilizing standardized assessment tools, under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Director.

Requirements
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA Certification.
• Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including afternoons and evenings.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid California Driver's license (if working in-person/hybrid).
• Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance.
