About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at Ecumen Lakeshore. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with treatments and activities of daily living as delegated by the Clinical Director per individualized care plan.
  • Provide physical care to residents according to established procedures and performance standards, including Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), monitoring vital signs, and providing Range of Motion exercises.
  • Respond to safety hazards, call lights, requests, and reassignment of duties.
  • Report changes in resident's physical condition, behavior, and level of independent functioning to the nurse.
  • Assist with admissions and discharges.
  • Accurately complete required documentation.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
  • Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the facility
