Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Patient Experience: Resolve patient feedback and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Conflict Resolution: Own and manage all patient feedback programs, working closely with the team to implement strategies to resolve conflicts and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Analytics: Collaborate with the team to develop reporting mechanisms and communication processes, identifying performance improvement opportunities for team members.
  • Patient Satisfaction: Work with all departments to set and communicate performance expectations related to patient experience, designing and executing initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental office setting.
  • Proficiency in Dentrix Ascend, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and ADA billing guidelines.
  • Knowledge of dental insurances, including PPO, DMO, DHMO (Capitation), and NYS Managed Care Programs.
  • Understanding of in-network/out-of-network benefits and fee-for-service models.
  • Familiarity with general dentistry and orthodontics procedures and treatments.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in data entry and analysis, with experience using Excel and other similar programs.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.

Requirements for Remote Work:

  • High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace to ensure productivity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive issues.
