Customer Service and Patient Experience Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a Customer Service and Patient Experience Professional at The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent levels of genuine customer service for residents and patients recovering from a recent hospitalization, surgery, or illness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in employee engagement councils to ensure all employees have a voice in shaping their work environment.
  • Lead creative think-tank sessions to enhance customer service in the field of healthcare.
Requirements:
  • Dedicated professionals who want to grow in healthcare management.
  • Candidates who are committed to ensuring excellent levels of genuine customer service for residents and patients recovering from a recent hospitalization, surgery, or illness.
  • Applicants who may be interested in enrolling in our national Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program to earn their licensure in nursing home administration (LNHA).
  • Candidates who are open to working one of the full-time schedules below (we are flexible with days and times).

Salary: $22 an hour
