About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our front desk team as a Front Desk Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with their stay, including checking in and out, wake-up calls, and handling guest concerns and requests
  • Take reservation requests and make adjustments as needed
  • Work with hotel management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience
  • Use our front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
