Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized University Recruiter to join our team at Russell Tobin. As a University Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for our client's summer internship program, including undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and check references for prospective interns.
- Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses.
- Monitor candidate responses and process offers.
- Conduct exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
- Participate in team meetings and daily stand-ups to ensure recruitment goals are met.
- Collaborate with multiple business lines and teams to support their student recruitment needs.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with ATS.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
