Job Opportunity at Media Works

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing Coordinator/Invoicing Specialist. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing media bills, working with agency account teams to collect client media invoices, and ensuring accuracy and timely submission for payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify media invoices for accuracy and submit for payment within strict monthly deadlines
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in invoices to the team
  • Communicate effectively with account teams regarding the status of invoice packets
  • Perform administrative tasks, including answering phones, sorting and delivering mail and packages
  • Other duties as assigned by the team

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
  • Associates degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience in automotive billing or title processing is a plus
